This is a very special one for me. Ground Pilots is a band from London, I got to know them like 3 or 4 years ago when we found each other in this very platform, They liked some of my drum covers and then I liked their videos.
Somewhere in between David Bowie and Pink Floyd, their music and their messages normally gravitate towards humanity and all of its nuances. Well thought and arranged music, a true surprise for everybody who listens to them for the first time.
This song is called “Magnetic” and it sounds deceptively simple, but there’s A LOT of musicality underneath (listen to that BASS, Oh My God!!!). It was a true challenge finding my way and my groove into the original song, but I came up with this one and I’m very happy with the result.
