“Ladies’ Night in Buffalo” is a song written by David Lee Roth and Steve Vai that appeared on Roth’s first solo album “Eat ‘Em and Smile” released in 1986. The bass player on the album is Billy Sheehan (Tallas, Mr Big, Winery Dogs etc). The album was produced by Ted Templeman and reached Number 4 on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
